Event Terms & Conditions
Ticket Policy
- All ticket sales are final.
- Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
- Event details, schedules, performers, activities, food offerings, and event features may change without prior notice.
Authorized Ticket Sales
Tickets are only valid if purchased directly through Bhuvee Events or our authorized ticketing platform, Ticket Tailor.
Tickets that are altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or sold through unauthorized channels may be refused entry without refund.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual by contacting the organizer before the event.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
Bhuvee Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including venue issues, severe weather, emergencies, government restrictions, performer availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date.
If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund eligibility will be determined by the organizer on a case-by-case basis.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund.
Children
- Children aged 14 and under attend free with a paying adult.
- Maximum 2 children per paying adult.
- Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children throughout the event.
Photography & Video Consent
By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be taken during the event.
Bhuvee Events may use such content for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and future event purposes without compensation.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify event organizers before the event.
Food & Refreshments Disclaimer
Food and refreshments may be offered by Bhuvee Events or third-party vendors.
Attendees are responsible for determining whether foods are suitable for their dietary requirements, allergies, or medical conditions.
Bhuvee Events cannot guarantee that food served will be free from allergens and accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, illness, or health issues arising from food or beverages consumed at the event.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, performers, volunteers, venue staff, and organizers with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, excessive disruption, or any conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
Lost & Found
Bhuvee Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
Parking & Transportation
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation and parking.
Bhuvee Events is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or incidents related to vehicles or transportation to and from the event.
Medical Emergencies
Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being while attending the event.
In the event of a medical emergency, organizers may contact emergency services but assume no responsibility for medical treatment, costs, or outcomes.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer
By attending this event, participants acknowledge that attendance and participation are voluntary and involve certain inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhuvee Events, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, performers, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Allergic reactions
- Medical conditions
- Accidents
- Property damage
- Theft or loss of belongings
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from attendance or participation in the event
Attendees participate at their own risk and agree to follow venue rules and organizer instructions.
Right to Refuse Entry
Bhuvee Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, offensive, or violates venue policies, without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms and this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
